REENTRYOS, INC. ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

ReentryOS, Inc. (“ReentryOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our digital platform, website, tools, and services accessible and usable by people of all abilities.

Accessibility is particularly important to the mission of ReentryOS. Our Platform is designed to help individuals navigate reentry, community supervision, appointments, requirements, resources, documents, employment opportunities, and other important steps following incarceration or while participating in community-based programs. We recognize that users may have different levels of digital literacy and may experience visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, neurological, speech, or other disabilities.

Our goal is to design ReentryOS so that users can access important information and functionality as independently and effectively as possible.

Accessibility Statement

ReentryOS is working toward accessibility practices consistent with generally recognized digital accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA, where applicable.

Accessibility considerations may include:

  • keyboard navigation;

  • screen-reader compatibility;

  • sufficient color contrast;

  • readable font sizes;

  • clear and consistent navigation;

  • descriptive labels for buttons, forms, and interactive elements;

  • alternative text for meaningful images;

  • properly structured headings and content;

  • understandable error messages and instructions;

  • accessible form fields;

  • captions or transcripts where appropriate for multimedia content;

  • minimizing unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content;

  • providing alternatives to interactions that depend solely on color, sound, or visual cues; and

  • designing content in clear, straightforward language where reasonably possible.

Accessibility Features Within ReentryOS

As the ReentryOS Platform develops, we may provide accessibility and usability features designed to help users interact more easily with the Platform.

These may include features such as:

Voice and Read-Aloud Functionality

Certain portions of the Platform may offer text-to-speech, read-aloud, or voice-assisted functionality so users can listen to information rather than relying exclusively on written text.

Speech-to-Text

Where available, speech-to-text functionality may allow users to enter information by speaking instead of typing.

Clear Navigation

We aim to organize tasks, appointments, requirements, resources, and other information in a way that is straightforward and easy to navigate.

Mobile-Friendly Access

ReentryOS is designed as a web-based platform that may be accessed through compatible smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Accessible Forms and Instructions

We seek to provide clear labels, instructions, prompts, and error messages when users are required to complete forms or enter information.

Multiple Ways to Access Information

Where reasonably possible, we seek to avoid requiring users to rely exclusively on a single sensory method, such as color, audio, or visual indicators, to understand important information.

Digital Literacy and Ease of Use

Accessibility includes more than disability access.

Some ReentryOS users may have limited experience using smartphones, computers, digital forms, online accounts, or technology-based supervision and reentry tools.

For this reason, ReentryOS seeks to design the Platform using:

  • plain and understandable language;

  • clear calls to action;

  • consistent icons and navigation;

  • simplified workflows;

  • limited unnecessary technical terminology;

  • visible instructions;

  • reminders and prompts; and

  • user-centered design principles.

Our goal is to reduce unnecessary barriers to accessing services and completing important reentry-related tasks.

Third-Party Services

ReentryOS may provide links to or integrations with independent third-party websites, applications, payment processors, wellness providers, employment resources, housing resources, government agencies, service providers, or other organizations.

While we seek to work with providers that value accessibility, ReentryOS does not control the accessibility of independent third-party websites, applications, or services.

Users who experience an accessibility issue with a third-party service should contact that provider directly. We also encourage users to notify ReentryOS when a third-party resource linked through our Platform presents a significant accessibility barrier so that we may evaluate available alternatives.

Assistive Technologies

The ReentryOS Platform is intended to work with commonly used browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, and assistive technologies.

However, accessibility may vary depending upon:

  • the user's device;

  • operating system;

  • browser;

  • assistive technology;

  • accessibility settings;

  • internet connection; and

  • third-party software or services.

Users are encouraged to keep browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies reasonably current when possible.

Ongoing Accessibility Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

As ReentryOS develops and introduces new functionality, we intend to continue evaluating accessibility as part of our product-development process.

Our accessibility efforts may include:

  • accessibility reviews;

  • automated accessibility testing;

  • manual testing;

  • testing with assistive technologies;

  • review of keyboard navigation;

  • user feedback;

  • usability testing;

  • accessibility considerations during design and development;

  • correction of identified accessibility barriers; and

  • periodic review of accessibility standards and best practices.

Because the Platform will continue to evolve, some accessibility issues may arise despite our efforts.

Accessibility for Government and Organizational Partners

ReentryOS may be used by government agencies, probation or parole agencies, correctional organizations, nonprofit organizations, reentry programs, case managers, and other Participating Organizations.

We encourage Participating Organizations to consider accessibility when:

  • entering information into ReentryOS;

  • uploading documents;

  • creating instructions or notices;

  • communicating with participants;

  • adding links or external resources; and

  • using Platform features to communicate requirements or obligations.

Documents or content uploaded by Participating Organizations may not always be created or controlled by ReentryOS. If an uploaded document is inaccessible, users may contact the applicable organization or ReentryOS for assistance.

Alternative Access and Reasonable Assistance

If you are unable to access information, complete a task, or use a feature because of a disability or accessibility barrier, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, ReentryOS will attempt to:

  • provide the information in an alternative format;

  • explain the information through another communication method;

  • assist with navigating the Platform;

  • identify an alternative way to complete the applicable task; or

  • coordinate with the appropriate Participating Organization when the requested accommodation involves information or requirements controlled by that organization.

An accessibility request made to ReentryOS does not independently modify a court order, supervision condition, program requirement, probation or parole requirement, or other obligation imposed by a government agency or Participating Organization.

Questions concerning accommodations related to an official supervision or program requirement may also need to be directed to the agency responsible for that requirement.

Reporting an Accessibility Issue

We welcome feedback concerning the accessibility of ReentryOS.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please provide as much of the following information as you are comfortable providing:

  • the page or feature where the issue occurred;

  • a description of the problem;

  • the device being used;

  • the browser being used;

  • the assistive technology being used, if applicable;

  • what you were attempting to accomplish; and

  • your preferred method of contact.

Providing this information can help us investigate and address the issue more effectively.
